Very nice example of this Ltd Edition Monaco, featuring a brushed silver-grey dial and red highlights.

One of the models created for the 150th anniversary of the company, TAG Heuer has used a few design cues from the original Monaco : a two-register dial, horizontal indexes, and the winding crown on left-hand side of the case - with Chrono pushers on the right.

The movement is the Heuer Calibre 11, based on an ETA movement visible through the display caseback.
