Zenith Defy Skyline - 10th of a second indicator - 2022

Zenith Defy Skyline - 10th of a second indicator - 2022
Very very sharp piece ! The Zenith Defy was released in 1969, and a few years ago the ‘new-look’ Defy burst onto the scene as a real steel sports watch alternative to the AP Royal Oak. At a very comfortable-wearing 41mm x 13mm thick case with integrated quick release bracelet and a beautiful display case back, this an excellent value piece from the brand established in 1860 in Le Locle, Switzerland.
This model uses the same famous “base” El Primero movement as the brand’s chronographs, but the dial is much cleaner…the party trick of this reference is the 10 second sub-counter, showing off the high frequency of the movement by rotating 6 times a minute ! Very cool and…mesmerizing.
41mm x 12mm thick
100m water resuistance
Blue star-textured dial.
Worn rarely, some small marks but still great sharp edges that catch the light beautifully.
